Shipping Locations We ship across India, covering over 18,000+ PIN codes. Wherever you are, we strive to reach you.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery Time Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. On average, deliveries take approximately 4 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, slight delays may occur.

Note: Fibonacci holds no liability for any delay in delivery caused by the couriers company /postal authorities. we only guarantee to handover the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days of the order placed or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. 

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. These include:

  • Standard Shipping (Free for all orders)
  • Express Shipping (Available at an additional cost)

You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout. Fibonacci reserves the right to revise shipping options and charges without prior notice.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for both COD and prepaid orders.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost (calculated at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Fibonacci is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping is limited to locations within India.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Re-delivery will be arranged with an additional shipping charge, based on your PIN code.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any issuesimmediately. For returns, exchanges, or cancellations, kindly refer to our respective policies.
