Return & Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES
1. Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size and can be availed once per order. If you wish to exchange the size multiple times, then an additional shipping change will be applicable after single free exchange pick-up delivery.
2. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable then store credit will be issued. Store credits are valid for 3 month from the date of issuance. you can easily use it through login details.
3.To exchange a product for a different item, customers must first submit a return request. Once the return is approved and processed, the store credit will be issued and can be used to place a new order for the desired item.
4.The new item against exchange will be dispatched only after the original item is received and passes our quality check (QC) process. If the item fails QC, Fibonacci reserves the right to decline the exchange. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reverse pickup and return shipping charges.
RETURNS
1.We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. We provide reverse pickup services, and a reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund in the form of store credit per order—regardless of the number of items in the order. This means only a single ₹100 deduction will apply per order, not per item. The store credits against return are issued after successful receiving and inspection of the returned product. this process might take 7-10 days from date of reverse pick-up.
2. Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, the customer must self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse address. Reverse pickup availability is subject to serviceability in your area PIN code.
3. For both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit will be issued within 2–3 working days after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection. The store credit will be sent to your registered email address or contact number. you can easily avail these store credit against from your new purchase. store credit are valid till 3 month from the date of issuance.
4.Returned products must be in the same condition as originally shipped. Products returned in poor condition or showing clear signs of use will not be eligible for store credit. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the courier charges to have the item(s) shipped back to them along with the reverse pick-up charge borne by us.
5.Shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credits will be issued after deducting any shipping costs borne by the company.

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders
will not be eligible for any returns
REFUNDS
1. We only provide refund for items with manufacturing defects. If you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps to initiate the refund process.
2. Take a clear picture of the product clearly showing the defect.
3. E-mail the picture to our customer support team at support@fibonacciindia.com
4. In the e-mail, include the order number, a brief description of the defect, and your preferred choice between a refund or store
credit.
5. Once we receive your e-mail and confirm the manufacturing defect, we will proceed the refund or store credit. Please note that this
process may take up to 7 days from the date we receive your mail.

ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Order cancellations are only permitted before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. You will receive a status update regarding your cancellation request via your registered email ID or contact number.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS
In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) along with the invoice to the following address:

Please ensure that all items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The Order ID and registered mobile number must be clearly mentioned on the package.
All returned items must be in unused condition, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Once the returned product(s) are received and pass our quality check (QC), the full order amount will be refunded to your Fibonacci account as store credit within 48
hours.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We strongly advise not to use The Professional Couriers for self-returns, as they are unreliable and such packages will not be accepted at our warehouse.
- Please ensure your courier charges do not exceed the standard shipping cost. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’, a Government of India-owned service with the most extensive postal network across the country.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The bank account details provided by the customer for refunds or payments will be considered final. Fibonacci will not be responsible for any errors in the details submitted by the customer.

- Customers are required to exercise utmost care while the product(s) are in their possession. This includes retaining all originalinstructions, documentation, and packaging. Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
- If you believe the product does not meet quality standards at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 1 day of receipt byemailing support@fibonacciindia.com with the product details and clear information about the damage. Our team will providefurther instructions.
- Once the product is returned, it will undergo a thorough inspection. We will notify you via email of your eligibility for a refund in the form of store credit, if applicable. We aim to process store credit refunds within 15 working days from the date of confirmation.
